*Per person rates are based on the comfortable capacity of the accommodations.
Master rooms are based on double occupancy. Suites and Full Homes are based on *four and *six respectively. The following surcharges would be applied to the per person nightly rates.
*2 persons in a Suite add $37 pp
*4 person in a Full Home add $18 pp
*For 3 persons in a Suite add $12 pp
*5 person in a Full Home add $7 pp
For single occupancy in a master room, add $45 to the per person nightly rate.

STAY & PLAY PACKAGES:

One day of unlimited greens fees included for each night stay.

Tee times may be made at the time of making your reservation at 1-800-227-4454 or you may call the

Pro Shop at 603-745-3636 after mid-May.

One tee-time per day is assured, same day additional play on space available basis.

Golf carts are not included in any package and are required Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays until 4 pm.

Please check in at the pro shop immediately after each round. For non-golfers deduct $30 per day.

DRESS: We want our guests to be comfortable, but we do require appropriate attire on our golf course and in the Grille. Collarless shirts, tank tops, short shorts, and swimwear are permitted in the pool area only.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

~Weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.

~Specific room requests: Advance reservations for a specific unit cannot be assured for stays of less than 5 nights.

~Children 10 and under stay free in same accommodations as their parents.

~Children 10 and under eat free on package.

~Junior golf rate: (ages 8 – 12) $15 for an 18 hole round with adult playing supervision. Sunday – Thursday (non-holiday) after 1 p.m.

 

GRATUITIES: are not included in any rate for food or housekeeping

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $150 for master room and $250 for Suite and Full Homes are required. The advance deposit guarantees the accommodations/package will be reserved for the entire time requested and assures the accommodations/package is sold as confirmed. Deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after your specified arrival date or depart prior to final date of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel a reservation at least 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will gladly apply your deposit to a future stay within current year of cancellation. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in time cannot be assured until 3 p.m. Check out time on day of departure is by 11 a.m. Late checkout may be arranged for an additional $25.00.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required upon check in. A valid credit card will be kept on file for any damages.

SMOKING: is not allowed inside any building at the resort. A charge of $100 will be applied to the credit card on file should management determine guests have smoked inside.

NOISE: Please be respectful of those around you. Several of the units at the Jack O’Lantern are owner occupied. Noise levels and other behavior that disturbs owners or other guests are unacceptable. If noise levels result in a complaint to either management or to the local police, the credit card on file will be charged $100 for each complaint.

DAMAGE: The actual cost of damage to a unit, or to any of the furnishings or other personal property therein, shall be charged to the credit card on file along with a $50 administrative fee.

PARKING: All units have designated parking spaces. There is space for 2 cars per three bedroom condo,

1 car per two bedroom suite and 1 car per master room. Please park in the designated spaces for your unit or in the overflow parking. Please do not park in front of another unit, driveway or grass. This is strictly enforced.

PLEASE: DO NOT REMOVE ANY ITEMS FROM ONE CONDO TO ANOTHER. AN INVENTORY IS TAKEN OF EACH UNIT AND ANY MISSING ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR UNIT.

GAS OR CHARCOAL GRILLS: Any grill brought on property is required to be placed a minimum of 8 feet from building. Any guest leaving the grill at unit upon departure will be charged a $50 removal fee. Any grill outside of a unit is the personal property of the unit owner and not for guest usage.

TAX: All rates are subject to 9% NH Rooms and Meals Tax.

PETS: Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.
